Dr. Carolyn Hibbs

Carolyn has 20 years of leadership experience and a reputation for guiding her teams through times of upheaval and change with professionalism and compassion. Through her experience with hands-on Board leadership in both volunteer and paid staff roles, she has developed a deep understanding of the connections between mission and operations. She aims to consider challenges and opportunities from multiple perspectives, and to incorporate those perspectives into sustainable and just solutions.

Carolyn is a voracious reader and credits her lifelong diverse reading list for her skill in considering diverse perspectives. She is currently working on improving her French language skills and returning to running after an injury. When she has time off, she spends it on international travel, where she walks through cities and canyons with equal delight.
